So far it is good. Occasionally it is difficult to figure out what is actually in the picture, but overall the app is easy to use.
Too much grammar for traveling

Great for this beginner. Need to learn French for travel.
Rosetta Stone uses natural language learning by directly connecting words two objects and thoughts. This is far better than memorizing vocabulary or trying to translate word for word from one language to another. It is absolutely impossible to truly learn a language when you need to translate the word into your language and then think about it. Rosetta Stone allows you to look at an object or concept and think about it in the name of language.
I always retain the vocal part. The spelling part is taking more work. Overal the best approach yet.
Love it! Perfect blend of challenge, learning, and fun! Keeps you engaged but also makes sure you remember what you learn! Great!!
